Navy Puff Sleeve Shirt Dress

A slate navy shirt dress in crisp lightweight cotton. Pointed collar and a button placket that runs from the neck to the hem, with red and white striped buttons. The sleeves are strongly gathered at the shoulder and again into a wide cuff at the elbow. A seam marks the waist, and the skirt is gathered into soft folds below it. Falls to mid calf.
